For example a communications provider (like us) may collect customer identifiable information such as name, address, telephone number, and a variety of other information in the course of billing and providing broadband or telephone service to a customer.

Collection and Use: TQI will collect and use customer identifiable information for billing purposes, to provide and change service, to anticipate and resolve problems with your service, or to create and inform you of products and services that better meet your needs. TQI does not supply customer identifiable information to advertisers but does to third parties to find availability of communications or providing communications for their particular location or locations.

Disclosure: TQI will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties any customer identifiable information derived from the registration for our services — including customer names and addresses — without consent of the customer (except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the customer or others). When you sign up for service, the only companies that will have access to your application/paperwork are the carrier that you choose and our telecom distributor.

E-mail Contents: TQI will not read or disclose to third parties private e-mail communications that are transmitted using TQI services except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the customer or others.
